Concrete tile restoration & repointing
Concrete tile roofs are common across Kāpiti, and many are now at the age where ridge pointing starts to fail. On this job, we replaced cracked tiles and removed the failing pointing along the ridges and hips. We then rebedded and repointed the ridge capping and cleared moss from the roof. The roof is now watertight, tidy and ready for another run of coastal winters.
